I believe that, there is some mistake at the design of TPS63002
The N-mosfet connected to L2 constantly goes to short circuit (PGND) after a few minutes/seconds of operation.
Input is 4.2V LiPO battery, and all of the design recomendations are in place.
However TPS63001 in parallel works just fine. (PCB designs for both are the same). -> 2u2H for 3v3(001) and 4u7H(002) for inductances.
Any suggestion will be wellcomed.
