LM74681: The question is that LM74681 EN pin becomes "high" during PoE negotiation (Detection/classification)

Part Number: LM74681

Tool/software:

It is being used for the PoE input active bridge instead of diodes.
It is divided PD input voltage by resistors.  it connect to the LM74681 EN pin,
The LM74681 EN pin is designed to operate as "H" when the PD input voltage is approximately 10V.

1.The question is that LM74681 is EN during the PoE detection process. Is it problem or not?

2. In datasheet, OUTP-GND seems to operate FET from 30V or higher.. So, even if the EN pin of LM74681 becomes "H" and PoE input voltage is below 30V during detection/classification,

Is it right that the FET is off  and the current PATH is formed only by the body diode of the FET?

Thanaks.
