TPS7A20: Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA

We typically don't have functional safety documentation pre-prepared for our non-automotive LDOs. Publishing a FIT document for the TPS7A20 will take us 4-6 weeks. Can you let me know if there's a specific number or goal you're looking for?
