2.We want to edit f909.12.13 ,it will report Input Base Image Load Disallowed(It is not permitted to load a base image file that is incompatible with the current open project.Current Open Project supports firmware version: f909.12.xx Selected Binary File firmware version : ffff.ff.ff),but edit f909.12.15. is ok.

3.How can I edit the file f909.12.13,change GUI Version or use other methods,thanks

You cannot modify the base FW image. The only thing you can modify is the configuration/register we listed out in the project file.

I change the configuration/register,USB3.0 is ok.But TBT and DP can not work.SBU connect to TS3UBCA410.How can I modify TS3UBCA410？thanks.

I am not sure what you meant by modifying TS3USBCA410. Are you trying to program it for different alt mode?

Yes,I try to TBT mode use LnBp/LnBn,DP mode use LnAp/LnAn.How can I modify it in I2C mode.Address is 0x5C.

I am not an expert in TS3USBCA410 so I will transfer this to the product line that owns this. But from a quick look of the datasheet this part cannot support TBT speed.

Hi Tommy, yes, this is correct. This mux does not have the BW to support TBT.
