Hello

The Vin is 11V-17V and the Vout is 1V.

It is ok to connect the PGOOD to 3.3V and not to Vout. The Pgood should be power up other device with Vih>2.5V.

You can do that. Note PGOOD flag will be invalid if Vin < 2V.

Hello

1. If the 3.3V is power up before the Vout, it is ok?

2. The Vin is 12V and vout =1V (3A) , what is your recommendation to reduce the eff.

Yes Roi, you can do that.

Do you mean increase the efficiency?

Here are some of the things you can do.

Use lower frequency setting
Use inductor with low DCR
Use wider traces for high current path on PCB
