BQ25620: About HSFET OCP value

Hi team,

In datasheet, it seems that IHSFET_OCP value and ILSFET_OCP is defined in the device like below.

What are these value?

I want to know that this device have SYS current limit or not.

    Hi Teritama, 

    Thank you for reaching out via E2E. The value for IHSFET_OCP and ILSFET_OCP thresholds is minimum 6A. These values are defined in the same manner as the IBATFET_OCP spec in the datasheet on page 10 where 6A minimum is listed.

    The device does not have a dedicated SYS current limit. In addition to the converter cycle by cycle limit already referenced in your post there is the maximum 3.2A input current limit (IINDPM) and the battery discharge current limit IBATFET_OCP (6A). Therefore, when only battery is connected to BQ25620 IC the max allowable current from battery to SYS is 6A.
