Hi Sir,

I would like to find a 60V/3A DC-buck device to customer, it must be has the small package and low thermal resistance, when the operating freq at 2MHz, Vin = 12V, Vout = 5V, load at 0.5A~1.5A, the efficiency up to 90%.

Could the LM65645-Q1 meet this request? if it cannot, could you advise a device to me? Thanks!

    Hello

    It may be that using the LM65625 you may get close to your requirement.

    It would be best to get the TI EVM LM65635EVM and test.

    You can substitute the LM65625 on the EVM and use an RT resistor to get down to 2MHz.
