Hi Chuck,
The TPS543C20A only supports up to 2x devices stacked together for 80A output. What is your current requirement in this case? Perhaps I can direct you to another device
Best regards,
Britton
Hello Britton,
Good to know about the TPS543. We changed to the TPS53659 PWM controller and CSD95495QVM. What do you think of this solution? Is there support for the TPS53659 or would another controller be better?
Hi Chuck, My recommendation would be the TPS546E25. This is a 50A stackable DCAP4 device with PMBUS programmability
Best regards,
Britton
Does Fusion Digital Power Designer support the TPS546E25? Is there an eval module available?
Hi Chuck,
Yes TPS546E25 is supported by an advanced release of the Fusion Digital Power Designer that I can share with you over email. The evaluation module for this device is only single phase https://www.ti.com/tool/TPS546E25EVM-1PH. You may still find it useful for evaluation and our team can help you with the 4-ph design if you are interested
Best regards,
Britton
