TPS2662: OVP Issue: at VIN > 10.7V, the eFuse switches on again

Part Number: TPS2662

Tool/software:

We use the eFuse TPS26624DRCR for input voltage and output current monitoring of a pulsed load.

During measurements we have noticed a behavior that is a problem for us - The overvoltage cutoff does not work as expected.

The attached PDF shows the circuit diagram and the measurement results.

If the eFuse input voltage (VIN_eFuse, blue) increases, it switches on correctly (VIN_eFuse > 7.5V) and off, if the overvoltage cut-off voltage (VIN_eFuse < 8.7V) is exceeded.
The on/off threshold corresponds to the calculated values corresponding to the resistors. The fault output (lila) signals an error. The output voltage (turquoise) decreases.
But if the input voltage is further increased VIN_eFuse > 10.7V, the eFuse switches on again, the fault output is reset again.

After reading through the data sheet several times, I can't explain the behavior of the effuse switch on.

We uregently need support

Thanks!
