TPS2662: Request to Functional safety FIT value and Failure Mode Distribution, Gate scale that meet Siemens standard SN29500

I would like to have some help with the Failure Mode Distribution for the following product TPS2662, this is usually included in the Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report, but I cannot locate it in the technical documentation.

Could you please provide the relevant functional safety report?
