TPS53513: Inquiry on TPS53513 EN-to-VOUT Startup Time Variation

I have been reviewing the TPS53513 datasheet and would like to clarify the EN-to-VOUT startup time.

According to Section 7.3.2 and Figure 33 (Power-up Sequence Waveforms),
When the EN pin voltage rises above the enable threshold voltage (typically 1.4 V), the controller enters its start up sequence.
The controller then uses the first 400 μs to calibrate the switching frequency setting resistance attached to the RF pin and stores the switching frequency code in internal registers.

However, during our testing, we observed that the total time from EN activation to VOUT output initiation consistently measures 1.129 ms,

Could you please confirm the following points?
・Is it acceptable that the total time from EN activation to the initiation of VOUT output is 1.129 ms?
・Is there a more detailed document on this, and is 400us the maximum value for the delay time?

This is the same time as it appears on our EVM measurement which is reflected on the datasheet (~1.2 ms). I would take this to be our expected delay time. As Caleb said before it takes time to calibrate the pin strap settings and store them mid cycle it may cause a delay for another cycle or two.
