Is the abnormal temperature being read from the Temperature() register? If so, please go to the Temperature Enable Register and only enable the TS1 through TS4 pins that are in use. I see in the .gg file, the TS1 and TS4 pins are activated, so please ensure that these thermistors are connected correctly.

We can take a look at the schematic at this time as well.
