Today we wish perform our technical qualification but it's difficult to have BQ41Z50 in production state. And we had two "problems" with the reference PBQ41Z50RSNT:
- The components we received in February are " blank ". They have no firmware. We had to launch BQ Studio by forcing the choice of BMS and program with file: bq41z50_v0_01_build_12.sig.enc.bq.fs.
- It’s not a “popular use case”. This does not allow the proper functionality of the BQ to be checked before programming.
- In addition, our EMS will not use BQ Studio in its production line
- Programming with the latest firmware (Build21) is difficult/impossible. After a programming test, the component no longer works properly, and it is impossible to program it again.
- Does the PBQ41Z50RSNT accept Build21 with RTC/ Modification for GPIO?
- And/Or, does a PBQ41Z50RSNT programmed with the Build12 not accept to have a version 21?
