TPS7A8300: Could EN pin voltage higher than VIN voltage

dears,

my customer plan to use TPS7A8300 with VIN=1.8V (no bias), but their EN logic high level is 3.3V , is it ok?

the datasheet just refers that the EN high-level input voltage range is 1.1V~6.5V, but does not clarify if need to be lower than VIN or Vbias. 

would you please help to confirm?
