TPS2663: Output suddenly drops.

Hi team,

I am considering using TPS26630.
However, the output shutdown abruptly.
The Fault is not showing and current seems to be normal.
Could you tell me what causes this phenomenon?

*Condition

1ch(BLUE) : Vin(24V)
2ch(Light Blue) : Iin (No load)
3ch(Pink) : Vout
4ch(Green) :Fault

Mode pin :shorted to GND

Also could you guess which protection is likely to be applied from this waveform?
Mode pin = shorted to GND.
