BQWizard reporting wrong cell voltage

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQWIZARD, BQ78PL116

I am having an issue using the bqWizard when trying to perform the discharge/charge/discharge cycle in order to create the .aux file using the BQ78PL116EVM.

The battery pack I am using is a 4-cell, 3200 mAh  LiCoO2 pack.  I created the correct .tmap file, and updated all of the correct safety features and chemistry per our specific battery.  For some reason, the BQWizard is reading that two of the cells are ~4.3V (cells 1 and 2)  and two are ~3.7V (cells 3 and 4), when in reality, they are completely balanced at ~4.09V each.  The total voltage is ~16.35V but is reading out ~16.05V.

With a large cell-imbalance and cell overvoltage being reported, I cannot accurately set up my .aux file.  Also, the V1-V4 test pins  on the BQ78PL116EVM are reading the correct voltage.  I know that the voltage for the BQ78PL116 is calibrated in factory, but is there any way to re-calibrate the voltages so that the bqwizard will display a correct reading? Any insight on why there is such a large misrepresentation of actual cell voltage?

Thanks!
