There is No MOQ for existing customers and it should be OK to ordering via TI's Store API.
For the P2P replacement,

We are no "direct-customer", but have this component in use for many years, and were delivered/served by EMS service companies. Are we able to still buy it now, as they are not available at distributors any more?
