Hello,

It appears the availability for the TLVM13610 is poor at the moment, so I am looking for a suitable alternative. Is there a direct, available drop-in replacement from TI?

According to some searches, the TPSM86838 may be the closest (but not pin-to-pin compatible) and currently in stock with regular replenishments expected. Is this the best option?

The application requires 15V in (with UVLO support), 5V out, max. 8A.

    Regarding availability - you may want to reach out to the local sales team/distributor to get more information. Placing orders for your requirements based on your production forecast can help with the supply reliability. 

     If you are looking at alternatives - Yes TPSM86838 is a good alternative to look at. There aren't any pin-compatible alternatives for the specifications that you require.
