We provide Pspice model on ti.com : TPS62869 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com, which should be able to use in Ansys.

Does the customer want to simulate the output impedance of the device and the PDN impedance of their PCB?

Please refer to the below for customer feedback.

Totally corrects, we using TPS628691ARQYR as a main power VRM (4ea per PCB) so we want to check the PDN Impedance of PCB.

Hi Michael,

Unfortunately we don't have the model that supports PDN simulation currently. I'm very sorry.

If necessary, I can measure the output impedance of our EVM in the lab, but that would need longer time.
