In fact, any ordinary buck regulator can be configured to inverting buck boost. Could please share application details like Vin, Vout, Iout to see if it is feasible with this module?

Hi Onkar - We're just looking to regulate to a +/-5V supply for an op-amp. Input will be 15V.

The 1.5A of this module should be more than plenty for what our device needs.
