Hi Team,

We have some questions would like to confirm with you.

1. Compare to UCC27524, UCC27424 VIH(min) is lower. May you share the reason?

2. We have two D/C of UCC27424. D/C 2436 and D/C 2503.

3. Would the VIH value drifted by operation time?

DC2503 VIH are 2.2V and DC2436 VIH are 1.75V. May you share the reason why these two D/C cause this difference?

Hi Roy,

1. The UCC27524 and the UCC27424 are different devices. They have different designs, meaning these values may vary. However, both rails are suitable for 3.3V TTL logic.

2. We don't expect there to be significant differences as a result of operation time. These different values are most likely a result of variations within the ICs, but according to the datasheet, these are both within the expected range, and suitable for use with a 3.3V rail.

According to the UCC27524 block diagram, it has pull low 120kohm resistor on INA/B, how about UCC27424?

Hi Roy,

The UCC27424 does not have a pulldown structure. An external pulldown is needed.
