The above mentioned part, I am using it for generating 1.25V using 1.8V as input.
Since it is a LDO i cant simulate and in datasheet also there is no details about the rise time,
Please provide me with the Rise time for the above configuration.

Hi Maharajan,
The startup time in the Electrical Characteristics table should be applicable to your 1.25Vout (as startup time isn't very dependent on output voltage):
The startup waveform should look like this (even though it was technically measured on the TPS73133 it should be applicable to the TPS731125-EP):
