Tool/software:

Hi Teamm,

we are using this TPS386000RGPR part for power monitoring.

we are facing reset time delay (tD)  timing issue for SENSE2  and SENSE3 where 3V and 1.35V is to be monitored respectively.

we are measuring the time between SENSE pin and RESET pin for above.

CT2 and CT3 connected with 330 pf (0.330nF) +/- 6% tolerance.

we observed following timings, which are not matching with expected timings.

Can you please put light, what could be the reason?

    Hi Sanju,

    Could you provide a scope capture of the delay and the watchdog as well as more of the schematic showing the SENSE pin inputs? 

     Are you also experiencing this issue with SENSE1 and SENSE4 delays? If so, could you provide a scope capture of the WDI and WDO pins?

    Hi Anusha

    For this part we are not using WDO and WDI pin in our application,

    second thing that we are not experiencing any issue with SENSE1 and SENSE4 delays.

    Following is the SENSE1 pin waveform.

    Hi Sanju,

    Could you provide a larger schematic that shows the voltage on the sense pins? 

    Could you also try connecting CTD to ground or to VDD and check if the delay is matching the datasheet values? Also, is this problem occurring on multiple devices or just one?
