I have shorted the DESAT pin to COM since I'll not be using it 
Are the 3 bullet points made after that for DESAT enabled mode or I have to follow them even if I am disabling DESAT

    Hi Sahil,

    If you short DESAT to COM, you can disregard the bullet points about diodes in the desat circuit.

    If you do not need the DESAT circuit, are you able to use a less expensive gate driver such as UCC5350? That is the best way to prevent nuisance operation of the DESAT circuit.
