I'm trying to connect and activate this component without success. Even though I communicate with it in front of my controller, the transistors do not open and the batteries are not charged or discharged. From a search on the Internet, people write that calibration must be performed before first activation, is this true? Why is calibration even needed? Isn't it enough to set the battery's working voltage and current? Where exactly does it say that calibration is mandatory (there is no mention of this in the data sheets)? It doesn't make sense to perform two days of calibration for a component to work.
Is there a simple way to activate the component? I'm asking for answers and urgent help because I'm stuck with a very important project.
