REF50: Output Voltage Temperature Drift

Hi Team,

My customer is evaluating the REF5050AIDGKR and Output Voltage Temperature Drift of it becomes a issue. There is the high-grade parts, REF5050IDGKR, in REF50 family.
REF50 family is available in enhanced grade (REF50xxEI), high grade (REF50xxI) and standard grade (REF50xxAI).

When they look at the typical characteristics of the REF50 datasheet, REF50xxI and REF50xxAI are the same characteristics.

These Figure 6-1 and Figure 6-2 are for which one, REF50xxI or REF50xxAI?
They want to check the Temperature Drift characteristics of the REF50xx1 (High grade).

Hello Ninomiya-san,

The figures you have highlighted are only for the standard (REF50xxAI) grade. If the customer needs a plot with similar detail for a part below 3 ppm/°C, please consider the new REF50xxE:

Hi Jackson-san,

Can you please send me the Temperature Drift characteristics of the REF50xxI (High grade) like as Figure 6-1 nad Figure 6-2 of the REF50xxAI (Standard grade)?

The customer is evaluating the REF5050AIDGKR (VSSOP / 8) and there is the same package of the REF5050IDGKR (VSSOP / 8). But the REF5050EIDR is SOIC 8 package.
