Hi team，

The lm5050 datasheets shows the IN/OUT absolute maximum voltage is 100V, while the maximum recommended operating voltage is 75V, how to interpret the difference？Besides, if the operating voltage is 90V, is any risk or reliability issue?

    Hi Stone,

    Recommended Operating Voltage for the device is 75V and Absolute Maximum Rating is 100V.

    For operating Above Recommended Operating Voltage and below Abs Max voltage, the same conditions apply for this device as that of any other TI device as shown below.

    • The functionality/operation of the device in this voltage range (75V->100V) is not guaranteed.
