The TRM for BQ25Z620 mentions that it can be configured for an auto ship period up to 450 days:

But it's not clear what actions I need to take to achieve 450 days.

The bqstudio doesn't allow entering more than 6553 values in the "auto ship time" field, and by "10min" unit, I guess that corresponds to 65530 minutes:

Could you please clarify the conditions for enabling the 450-day timer and how to overcome the bqstudio limitation in this field?

Hey Vasyl,

From the BQ28Z620 FW code base, the Auto Ship Time is in units of 10 minutes, and the max value is 6553.

Thanks for clarifying. So, it's 45 days.

Is it possible to submit a firmware customization request to extend this period? For periods greater than 1 year. We're not sure if we'll request it yet, but it's good to know in advance.
