Hi,
We have used a TPS26625DRCR on a board operating at 24V.
The device failed to protect from a reverse polarity event
We have had an event where the IC was wired with the power supply polarity backwards.
The device was than wired in the correct way and at that moment smoke was released from the board.
what could be causing this issue?
