BQ27542EVM: When charged at a high temperature of 50℃ with JEITA, the RSOC does not show 100% after being fully charged

Tool/software:

At room temperature, charging with 4.4V can correctly display 100%, but at 50℃ high temperature, charging with 4.2V can only reach 83%. This is because the battery cells can only be charged to 4.2V at high temperatures. May I ask if I also need to display 100% when charging at high temperatures? Is this achievable? The attachment contains the GG file and LOG data. Please help answer this. Thank you

Hello Putong,

To change this, you would need to change the valid charge termination conditions to fix the conditions for 50 degrees C.

45-60℃:4.2V/2.5A charging, cut-off current 250mA

Please check the GG File. I have already set it up according to the JEITA charging requirements in Section 7. Why can't the RSOC be charged to 100% at 50℃ (currently, the RSOC can only be charged to 83%)? Could you please clearly explain the reason? Is this normal or is there a problem somewhere
