BQ25616: Does leaving the D+/D- pins as NC default to the input current limit set by ILIM?

Tool/software:

I am implementing the BQ25616 into my design and want to leave the D+ and D- pins no connect. if i do this will the resistor connected to ILIM set the current limit or will it default to another value since no USB signal are detected?
