If need to change from CSD1854Q5B to other FET's what should the gate charge of the FET be?

So, in order to select other FET, it would good to know the vale range fo the gate charge.

Hello,

The CSD1854Q5B is being used right now, but we are facing issues with heating after 30 - 40 A of discharge when it's in a enclosed case. That has been raised as a seperate question in the forum. So, in terms of design we want to have an alternative, as most of the battery systems with high discharge current have bigger FET package.
