TPS55340-Q1: Can this device be used as bypass mode?

Have a nice day! I have question need your professional support:

For TPS55340-Q1’s typical boost design, if I turn off this device by push EN=0, will the device go to bypass mode as the red arrow show? In another words, will the VOUT = VIN?
