Hi, TI expert

I have a question from a customer regarding the Bq40z80 FCC capacity.

After downloading the program and charging/discharging, it works well according to the capacity.

However, if I charge it to 60% and leave it for a day, the FCC capacity changes the next day.

How do I solve this problem?

Sorry for the delay, can you please share the .gg file of the current gauge settings, along with a bqStudio log file depicting the drop in FCC being described above? This will allow us to look deeper into the issue.

Please check the .gg file attached below and I will share the log file if I get it from customer.

Additionally, customer said that there is no issue during charging and discharging after download FW, but charging/discharging has finished, and then this issue has occurred after around 18000 seconds.

Hi Jeffrey,

Thanks for the file, the gauge will force an OCV measurement after 5 hours of relax if one has not been taken during the relax period, which could be a clue to this issue. The log file will allow us to look more into this at this time.
