(Reposting due to changes in the requirement and inability to respond to the previous thread)

We are developing an isolated flyback converter to be used as an auxiliary power supply in inverter applications. Below are the updated key specifications:

Input Voltage: 80 VDC to 1000 VDC
Output Voltage: 24 VDC
Output Power: 80 W
Isolation: Required (reinforced)

After reviewing the available options in the brochure, I have shortlisted the UCC28C56H controller for this application.

Could you please confirm whether this controller is suitable for our requirements?
If not, could you kindly suggest an alternative that can handle this ultra-wide input range and power level?

Thank you for the confirmation. I wanted to ask if there is any Excel-based calculator available to support the design process for this controller, similar to what we have for other controllers. Alternatively, is there a design guide or any reference material you could share to assist with the design?

I would really appreciate it if you could share any available resources.

Unfortunately, we only have what's available on ti.com.

The EVM user's guide and datasheet can be used or a guide or reference material for design.

Hi Pratik,

could you attach the link for the design guide? it seems like there is not enough information on the designing part. It would be great if you could attach the link for the design guides.

Is it possible to use the different design guides for the sub circuits for example startup circuit? Please let me know.

Yes, you can use different design guides for the sub circuits like startup etc.

Section 9.2 (page 27 onwards) of the datasheet is also a good typical app design detail.

can i also use the calculation from the datasheet of UCC28C56H-Q1 (automotive version)? because in the datasheet of UCC28C56H, it explains mainly about the offline application and not the high voltage inputs. Please confirm
