TPS65130: No negative voltage output for TPS65130RGER

Hi,

Please help check our schematic diagram that we have no negative voltage output for TPS65130RGER;

We use the 2Kohm load and the positive pressure output is +7V, and we consider the negative voltage output -6.5V but the egative voltage output is 0V,

The ENP, PSP, ENN, PSN confirmed normal connection, Vref pin confirmed 1.213V (slightly different, measured 1.22V), but FBN pin measured 1V, Vneng 0V.

Hi Liang,

Please make sure ENN is enabled and welding is working properly. Besides that, could you show me the SW, ang Vpos, Vneg waveforms?

Hi Colin,

Yes, the ENN is enable now, the BSW is low because of the ENP is high;

We have changed the load resistor to 33ohm and the waveform please refer to below:

Hi Liang,

The schematic looks good to me.

I probably think it was caused by welding problem.

First, you can check if the INN waveforms and make sure IC is welded good.

Did you test it on another board?
