Now, I use two BQ76952 for 23s battery. When the BQ76952 are in shutdown mode, how long should TS2 be pulled low level fto wake up the BQ76952?

Based on the internal RC filter and the Wake Comparator prop delay, a TS2 pulled low for at least 10us should always wake the device across all conditions.
