Dear Team,

We are using TPS6522053RHBR in one of our projects and we need the Thermal Models (ECXML) for TPS6522053RHBR in order to perform the Thermal Simulation.

Since we do not the Thermal Models (ECXML) for the PMIC TPS6522053RHBR on the TI website, request TI Team to share the Thermal Models (ECXML) for TPS6522053RHBR ASAP.

    Hi Amarnath, 

    We do not have any thermal models available for TPS65220.

    We do offer a Thermal estimator tool for TPS65219, a device in the same family. This will also give a good estimation of the thermal information for TPS65220x devices,
    but keep in mind that TPS65220 has a higher ambient temperature range than TPS65219.

    But unfortunately, we do not have any ECXML modes to share.
