Hello,

Devices with the extended temperature range will work under 125C and the specifications for the particular orderable part number (OPN) can be found in the EC table of the datasheet.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not offer 0.1% accuracy (A grade) devices in the extended temperature range for this device.

You could consider using the REF30E series voltage reference which offers a 3V option at 0.1% accuracy and over the extended temp. range.
