LP8733: Default of LP87334D

Part Number: LP8733

Tool/software:

Hi, Experts.

My custom board has built-in LP87334D, PMIC for AM243.

Referring to the circuit diagram in the data sheet (Using the LP8733xEVM and LP8732xEVM Evaluation Modules (Rev. A),

I worked on the circuit as follows.
It was soldered well by checking the position of pin 1, and 5V is also entering normally.

However, each output voltage pin has the following voltage output.
0v85 -> 0V
3.3V -> 0.625V
1.8V -> 0V

The regulator is not enabled because the EN pin is not connected. Let me finish the question. Thank you.
  • Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out on E2E.

    You said that the EN pin is not connected, so all regulators are disabled.

    0V is expected when EN is low.

    Is there any other load / source on BUCK1 that could be causing the 0.625 V residual voltage?

    If EN pin is asserted high, are all regulators outputting the expected voltages?

    Best Regards,
    Sarah
