Hi Teams,

Hello Che Wen Yeh,
Please see the TPS25830A-Q1 checklist attached below. Please refer to the checklist on the "TPS2583xA-Q1" tab. Then review every item and fill out columns F and G accordingly. When you have completed this checklist and provide the saved copy here, I can then review your schematic and provide feedback.

Thank you and best regards,

Hello Che Wen,
Thank you for the checklist. I will provide feedback by end of day tomorrow.
Best regards,

Hello Che Wen,
Thank you again for the checklist. I reviewed the schematic. Please see my feedback below:
1. I do not see two unique ground symbols for AGND and PGND. AGND and PGND must be isolated and connected using single-point grounding near the AGND pin. This is so that noise from PGND does not get introduced to pins that connect to AGND. See example below.

2. Ensure the IN, VCC, capacitors are tied to PGND
3. Ensure R13, R85 are connected to AGND
4. Recommend to add a 0ohm to the BOOT pin to provision for a boot resistor if this is an evaluation board
5. The buck regulator's high-side peak current limit is 8A, so the inductor's saturation current must be >8A. Please see Section 11.2.2.3 in the datasheet and ensure the correct inductor value is selected, as well.
6. Ensure C101 is connected to AGND
7. Ensure C94~C98 are connected to PGND
8. Ensure R260, R262, and R263 are connected to AGND
9. Ensure C104 is connected to AGND and placed close to the BUS pin
10. I see the buck average current limit design was implemented, so R93 must be a 100Ω 0805 resistor.

Seong
