Hi,
I am using the BQ40Z50-R1 and have some questions regarding firmware updates.
I have successfully updated my BQ40Z50-R1 to the R5 version using the available .srec file. My current goal is to perform this firmware update without BQStudio, using an external MCU (STM32).
I have managed to understand the .srec file structure and have connected a logic analyzer to the I2C lines, so I can see what data is being sent. However, I still have some questions about the exact procedure.
My main question is: Is there any official documentation that explains this update procedure in detail? If not, would you be willing to answer a few specific questions about the process?
