I couldnt find footprint dimension for BQ24140 from the datasheet.Can anyone help me?

The bq24140 recommended footprint will be added to the datasheet very soon.

Typically, the back of the datasheet contains the IC's recommended footprint. If it is missing, you can contact

datasheet_addendum_request@list.ti.com and the individuals on this email distribution list will be able to get it updated.

If a footprint for a specific cad package exists, it will be located in the IC's tool folder on www.ti.com under "footprints and symbols" or "tools and software"

To request IC symbols and footprints (schematics, layout, land pattern) that are not yet provided in the IC's tool folder, you can enter a symbol request in the Development Tools forum. http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/default.aspx
