Our logic circuite outputs -0.54V ( < 1us ) to EN pin.

Is there any damage to the device?

Hi Shumpei,

Chances of damage may be low, since it is only for a short time. However, I would still recommend to fix it and not exceed the datasheet limits (-0.3V to 6V).
