Hi TI team,

I am testing control board with PMIC TPS6522053RHBR from last one week. For complete last week, PMIC was working fine. From today morning, PMIC is not turning ON. What can be possible reasons for PMIC not turning ON?

I checked 3.3V and PMIC Enable signal (PGOOD) both are coming up fine from 3.3 V power supply. This PMIC issue is observed in 10 % of the control boards. For some board this issue persists while on some board with next power ON cycle PMIC starts working fine.

    Hi, 

    Can you test to see if the VDD1P8 pin outputting 1.8V ?

    Are you using I2C in your system and are you able to provide a readback of the interrupt registers? This would help to identify the cause of the issue here.

    I do not notice any immediate issues with the schematic.
