Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ40Z50
Tool/software:
-Hello, in the project application, the battery pack output is normal and can be charged and discharged normally. However, after working for a period of time, some hosts are unable to communicate with BQ40Z50-R2. Testing has found that the fault phenomenon is that CLK is always pulled low and cannot be released. If the power is lost and then reconnected, communication will return to normal. Analysis shows that the clock extension fault may be caused by a software bug, but the host software cannot reset BQ40Z50.
May I ask:
- What could possibly cause this phenomenon?
- Is there any other way to reset the battery cell if the power failure operation remains unchanged?
