UCC27524：UCC27524DR为什么容易坏，一路驱动短路，一路驱动断路

What sort of failure are you experiencing with the UCC27524? Does the failure occur at start-up, steady-state, or shut-down? What is the application? Can you send the schematic and system characteristics (VDD, VDD slew rate, input PWM, and load)? Are there any waveforms you can share of the failure and of a good unit?
