Hi Team, 

My customer bought BQ76952 EVM from TI store, they installed  bqStudio(V1.3.101 but unable to detect it, either automatically or through manual device selection.

Please refer to below screenshot. from customer laptop is able to recognize the EVM in Device Manager(please refer to the VID and PID). 

however they are not able to find device in bqStudio, 

Could you advise on the next troubleshooting steps?
