Tool/software:
Bought a new EV2400 and as I connect it to my computer the three LEDs glow and the computer also detect it in HID section of device manager (also connected devices shows "EV2400") but the BQ studio and ev2400 firmware updater doesn't recognize it. The ev2400 firmware updater says No free ev2400 found. Till now I have tried using different computers, cables and resetting the ev2400 but nothing works.
