BQ25756: The state output PIN state show error,but I can't find error mseesge in REG0x27.

Tool/software:

the PG ,stat1 and sata2 are all lighted ,but I can't found err message in the register REG0x27_Fault_Flag Register. the value in REG0x27_Fault_Flag Register is zero.

Hi,

Can you read the registers REG0x21 through 0x27? That should have all of the status and flags.

What are your input and output conditions?

What is the REGN voltage?

Thank you for your patient reply！

The value in REG0x21 and 0x27 are both zero ,the REGN voltage is 5.02V.the input voltage is 25.73V,and the value can read in REG31.the picture show the value read from BQ25756 REG.Today I change the input undervotage and overvoltage limit .R7=39K,R8=22K.

Please help me analyze the reasons！ Thank you again.

Thanks for you help.I check all the error register from REG0x21 to 0x27,find TS have an error.
